Power Evangelism
K.L. Dickson Ministries Int’l has always endeavored to reach vulnerable families and communities raided by poverty and sickness and given them a message of hope and healing directing them to Jesus who is the healer, deliverer and ray of hope. This is done with an intention of getting their confession to Jesus as their personal Lord and savior.
Power Evangelism programs includes person to person witnessing, open and closed crusades and revivals programs, and conferences.
Missions and Outreaches
The ministry conducts, Local, Regional, National and International Outreaches. Dr. KL Dickson uses every means available to further the message of this Gospel. He has traversed almost every village in South and Western Uganda, parts of Eastern and Northern Uganda, in Rwanda, DR. Congo, Tanzania, and Kenya, South Africa, UK, USA, European countries, and in Asia.
Local outreaches and missions include Schools outreaches, Hospital ministry, Prison ministry, elderly, destitute; this has both a Gospel touch and substance to holistically reach the community.
Church Planting
People having got saved and tasted the goodness of God, they often demand for a fellowship to help them grow in their new-found faith. The fairly able community often donates or buys land for the setting up a church while other churches are supported under the ministry of Dr. KL Dickson to acquire land. World Evangelical Ministries under leadership and supervision of Dr. K.L. Dickson identifies, trains and supports potential ministers to lead and oversee the congregations. The strategy is not to develop a denomination but to empower leaders to fulfil their call in Jesus.
The first church was planted in Ihani, Fort Portal Municipality East Division, Kabarole district, to Mwenge, Mbarara, Muhooro, Kabale, Eastern Congo, Rwanda Northern Tanzania, and finally to all districts of South Western Uganda and some Churches in the Eastern region of Uganda. It is then that W.E.M was born to form a network of Christian Fellowship Churches which has now grown to over 1600 churches with ministry Headquarters in Fort Portal, Kabarole District.
Christian Fellowship Cathedral in the heart of Fort Portal town. Back in the early nineties Dr. KL Dickson began to prophetically declare that Fort Portal was a city. Putting his faith into action he instituted what is called “City Vision Church.” This is a chain of over 70 branch churches around the Kabarole District. We believe this is the base for community transformation projects. Where a church is instituted, growth is reflected and different projects are formed. This model is replicated everywhere that the ministry reaches.
