cathedral architectural design
The ministry foresaw the growth of Fort Portal into a City over 23 years ago and purposed to build a multi purpose church complex befitting a city status. Since the early 2000s the church has been engaged in this project. This multipurpose complex that will accommodate the Christian fellowship church auditorium but also include multipurpose halls (including children’s church etc), office space, etc. The headquarters for K.L. Dickson Ministries Int’l and World Evangelical ministries will be hosted herein.
So far this is what has been accomplished:
❯Church land was located and purchased
❯Land title was secured
❯Plans were drawn and approved by the city authorities and NEMA certificate obtained.
❯Raising the building to roofing will cost another 2 billion UGX. After we shall embark on finishing the building.
It is a major investment and we are confident that the God who started the good work will accomplish it. The funds for cathedral construction are raised by the congregation, partners and well-wishers during different pledge commitments, Sunday collections and special fundraising activities.
