The Church in Kigezi
The Greater Kigezi Region, with its beautiful terraced hills and vibrant Christian heritage, is home to a growing network of fellowship churches under World Evangelical Ministries.
Our church serves the towns of Kabale, Kisoro, Kanungu, and Rukungiri. We are committed to raising leaders who impact their communities with the gospel. The annual Frontline Shepherd's Conference, held in Kabale, is a key event for equipping pastors and church workers across South-Western Uganda.
Districts We Serve
Our ministry reaches across the following districts in the Kigezi region, bringing hope and transformation to communities.
Kabale District
Regional hub with Kabale town, center of ministry operations and home to the mother fellowship.
Kisoro District
Near the Mgahinga Gorilla Park, serving communities with growing church presence.
Kanungu District
Gateway to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, active discipleship and outreach programs.
Rukungiri District
Growing fellowship with community development initiatives and church planting.
